Our firm began agricultural activities in 2009 focusing on apple production in the midlands of Turkey. The initiative soon became one of the pioneers in modern agricultural investments within the region concentrating on a selected variety of products after detailed investigation of global trends & demands with our partners. In 2012, the firm evolved into a corporate structure and rebranded with the name “Sade” meaning “Pure” in the majority of eastern languages.

Currently Sade provides products and services within global standards for fresh fruit-vegetable production, packaging, trading, storage, with the support of its regional know-how and research, leveraging best practices, applications of nutrition research and academic collaboration.

In 2018, Sade progressed its investments towards having integrated facilities for apple and melon products from harvesting to the customer. With partners within the region, Sade has access to 14.000 tonnes of cold storage capacity and 20.000 tonnes packaging capacity.

SADE APPLE ORCHARDS

Sade increased its investments on apple orchards. With the latest investments in May 2014, Sade increased its apple orchards up to 30 hectares with a capacity of 1800 tonnes annually. Including the partnerships within the region, Sade has access to 10.000 tonnes of annual capacity on apples. The main apple varieties produced are Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Jeromine, Gala, Fuji and Golden.
